Quoia is a brand operated by Venture Forge Digital LLC in the United States. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit quoia.dev, contact us, request a meeting, or use our client portal and related business services.

## 1. Scope and responsibility

Effective and last updated: October 12, 2026. Venture Forge Digital LLC is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

This policy covers the Quoia website and our own business relationships. RepQuest has a separate policy: https://quoia.dev/repquestprivacy. Websites and applications we build for clients are governed by the relevant client's privacy notice and our agreement with that client.

When we handle personal information on a client's behalf to deliver a project, we follow that client's instructions and the applicable service agreement. Requests about that client's users or customers should be directed to the client responsible for the service.

## 2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide and limited technical information needed to operate the website and our services. The categories depend on how you interact with us.

- Contact and inquiry details: your name, email address, company, subject, message, and any phone number or project details you choose to provide.
- Meeting and waitlist details: requested date and time, meeting purpose, scheduling messages, and the email address you submit for a product waitlist.
- Client and project records: login details, business contact information, project requirements, comments, feedback, uploaded files, checkpoints, and invoice or payment-status records.
- Public content: information supplied for a testimonial, project showcase, or digital business card, including names, roles, company details, images, and contact links intended for publication.
- Technical and security information: IP addresses, request times, requested pages or API endpoints, browser or device information available to our hosting providers, error information, and session records used to operate and protect the service.
- Browser preferences: saved theme choices, navigation state, and client-project information stored on your device for the interface to work.

## 3. How we use information

- Respond to inquiries, assess project needs, prepare proposals, and arrange meetings.
- Deliver and support projects, manage client access, exchange files and feedback, and maintain project and invoice records.
- Provide requested waitlist or product updates and other communications about your relationship with Quoia.
- Publish business-card, testimonial, or showcase information supplied for public display.
- Keep the website reliable, troubleshoot problems, prevent unauthorized access and abuse, and maintain business records.
- Meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

## 4. Cookies, storage, and tracking

Our client and admin sign-in flows use a necessary session cookie to keep users authenticated. Sessions expire after eight hours of inactivity and are renewed during use. Blocking cookies can prevent sign-in and portal features from working.

We use local storage for your theme preference and client-project interface information, and session storage to restore navigation and scroll position. You can clear this information in your browser settings. Clearing it may reset preferences or require you to sign in again.

The current Quoia website does not load advertising pixels, marketing analytics, or session-replay tools. We do not use the website to sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not track visitors across unrelated websites for advertising, and do not change the site's necessary operations in response to Do Not Track signals.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google's font servers, which receive technical request information such as your IP address and browser headers. Hosting and infrastructure providers also process technical requests needed to deliver the site.

## 5. When information is shared

We share information where needed for the following purposes:

- Service providers: hosting, database and file-storage providers, including Railway and Supabase, and communication or business-service providers involved in responding to you or delivering a project.
- Project collaborators: people involved in your project who need access to the relevant information to provide the agreed service.
- Public pages: business-card details, testimonials, and project-showcase content supplied for publication can be read by anyone and may be indexed by search engines.
- Legal and safety needs: disclosures required by law, or necessary to protect rights, investigate abuse, address security incidents, or enforce agreements.
- Business transfers: information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

## 6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including providing services, maintaining business and invoice records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the record, the project relationship, and applicable requirements. Backup copies may remain until they are replaced or expire through the provider's backup process.

Our safeguards include authenticated client access, project-based access checks, password hashing, and private storage for client uploads. Public business-card images and other content intended for publication are stored separately for public access. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.

Please provide only information needed for your inquiry or project. Avoid sending sensitive personal information or credentials through the general contact form.

## 7. Your choices and requests

You can choose what information to submit, manage cookies and browser storage, and ask us to correct your contact or project information. Providing less information may limit our ability to respond or deliver a requested service.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You may also have the right to complain to your local privacy regulator.

To ask about your information or make a request, email austin@sequoiaapps.com and identify your message as a privacy request. You can also use https://quoia.dev/contact. Describe what you need and the contact details associated with the information. We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting, and will respond within the period required by applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or contractual reasons.

You can ask us to stop optional product or promotional updates. Necessary communications about an active project, your account, or a legal obligation may still be sent.

## 8. International visitors and children

Quoia operates from the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States or other countries, where privacy rules can differ from those where you live. Applicable legal requirements govern any safeguards required for those transfers.

The Quoia website and business services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate. RepQuest's age and privacy practices are covered by its own policy.

## 9. Other services and policy changes

Links to third-party websites and services, including LinkedIn and client products, are governed by those services' own privacy policies. This policy does not describe their independent data practices.

We may update this policy when our services, data practices, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying a material change.
